Yes. Under the Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (Sections 3, 4, and 15), electronic records and digital signatures cannot be denied legal validity. OTP-verified signatures are commercially valid for private contracts. OCC CA-certified signatures (Professional plan) have the highest legal standing and are valid for government filings.

No. Signers receive a link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. They verify their identity with an OTP, sign, and receive their copy — no account creation needed.

For private commercial contracts with government entities — yes. For OCR company filings and IRD submissions that require OCC-mandated digital signatures, you'll need our Professional plan with CA integration.
